17 Sep Corona Virus Information - Staff contact details From Monday 6 September 2021 we will be increasing the number of staff working from the office. Staff will be working a mix of home and office based working and we plan to trial this for a six month period. However we are only able to offer an “in-person” pre-arranged appointment service from this date. We would still ask that you continue to contact staff by telephone or email in the first instance.
27 Aug Tenant Satisfaction Survey The results will be available soon for our Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Every three years, we ask tenants to take part in a Tenant Satisfaction Survey to get your views on the services we provide and how these could be improved.
