When reporting a repair please give us as much information as possible e.g. location of repair, a description of what is wrong and let us know if any damage has been caused.
Once we have handled your repair you will be taken back to our home page. You will receive a text message the next working day confirming the type of repair and how long the contractor has to complete the repair. Occasionally, we may send out a Property Services Officer to inspect what needs to be done but we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit.
