Hillhead Housing Association 2000 is a community based housing association managing 871 tenancies located in the Hillhead area of Kirkintilloch.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high performing organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will undertake a range of duties within the Finance & Corporate section including delivering high quality customer service and providing administrative support to all areas of operation as required.  You will also provide support to our tenant engagement activities.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to develop positive working relationships. This post will be predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home on an ad hoc basis.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in a varied role in an organisation that makes a difference to people’s lives.

HOUSING OFFICER – PART-TIME (WED-FRI)

EVH Grade 7:  £40,635 - £44,619 (pro-rata)

Hillhead Housing Association 2000 is a community housing association managing 871 tenancies located in the Hillhead area of Kirkintilloch.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high performing housing management team. This is a generic role which covers all aspects of housing management including allocations, arrears control and recovery and general tenancy management.

This post will be predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Our ideal candidate will be committed and empathetic and have experience and knowledge of housing management within an RSL setting.  This is a vital customer facing role and the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
